In my research, I focus on behavioral strategy and specifically on adaptive properties of organizations - systems of distributed but interdependent cognition, knowledge, and action. I examine the processes by which organizational structure influences behavior within organizations. This includes learning, decision-making, and responding to changes in their competitive, cooperative, and technological environments.
